She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Heer and Minnie Heer; her husband Paul "Bud" Rupp; her son Michael Rupp; and her siblings, Clifford Heer and Ruth Heer.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Rupp (Andrea) of Blair, Joseph Rupp (Jean) of Archbold and Mary Rupp of Archbold; her grandchildren, Valerie Stock, Christy Grondin, Stephanie Perry, Jake Rupp, Jessica Rupp and Ali Zamora; and her great grandchildren, Carlin, Meryl Isaacson, Autumn, Chase Cornell, Erika, Kaite Grondin, MaKaela Waite, Lilly and Jasmine Zamora.
