She is survived by: her siblings, Carol Jean, Lowell Schultz (Pat), Joan Lovejoy (Paul) and Larry Schultz (Holly); her sister-in-law Darlene Polasek (Walt); her children, Jill, Jack (Gina) and Joe (Sheryl); her grandchildren, Rachel van den Hengel (Rick), Tiffany Short and Ashley Short Mejia (Dominic); her child AJ Short (Ally); her stepgrandchildren, Eric Maag (Amy) and Jade Rittenhouse (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Logan Maag, Henk and Luke van den Hengel.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to St. John's Christian Church or to Hillside Country Living Nursing Home - Anna's House.
