He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frederick and Leona Frederick (Yenser). He is survived by: his wife Linda Frederick (Van Belle) of Archbold; his children, Jim Frederick of Bowling Green, OH, Tom Frederick (Lori) of Defiance, Jennifer Teders (Randy) of Edgerton, OH and Amanda Robbins (Rod) of Ney, OH; his stepchildren, David Wolfe and Kim Fortner of Monroe, MI.; and his brothers, Norman Tadsen (Rose) of Defiance and Michael Frederick (Carol Ann) of Clear Lake, Indiana.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
