She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth LeVeck and Evelyn LeVeck (Ball); her son Randy Lewis; and her sister Marsha. She is survived by: her children, Richard Lewis (Mary) of Rockton, IL, Rodney Lewis of Robertsdale, AL and Lori Lewis of Archbold, OH.; her grandchildren, Toni Smith, Amy Carlson, Jennifer Short, Ashley Sentle, Clayton Lewis and Taylor Jacobi; and her sisters, Cheryl Smith, Laurel Williams and Paula Bond. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
