She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernhard Balzer and Lydia Balzer. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kristin Riddle, Jordan Rupp, E. David Rupp, Janelle Rupp, Nick Webster and Brady Webster. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
