He is survived by: his former wife Joanne Hall of Cisene, IL; his wife Ruthann Short; his children, Judith Dungan (Mark) of Kansas City, Janet, Jack (Holly) of Wauseon and Jeff Oyer (Laurie) of Poolesville, Maryland.; and his grandchildren, Joel Fether (Jessica) of Bexley, OH, Zachary Fether (Amber) of Winter Garden, FL, Andrew Fether of Delta, OH, Madeline Kirkland (Sean), Hilary (Phillip), Mark Dungan, Jr., Bradley Oyer of Gaithersburg, MD, Christopher Oyer of Poolesville, MD, Jeremiah Oyer of Poolesville, MD, Nicole Barton (Nick) of Tampa, FL, Trevor Stottlemyer of Poolesville, MD and Kelly Stottlemyer of Salisbury, MD..
