He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Rupp and Virgie Rupp (Graf); and his brother Richard Rupp. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan (Debra) of Fayette, Mary Beth Reid (Bruce) of Hillsdale, Marsha Salisbury (Craig) of Cedarville and Jack (Angel) of Archbold; his wife Mary Jane (Rickly) of Liberty Center; and his siblings, Carol Smith (Bob) of Cincinnati, Margaret of Napoleon, Pat Frey (Ken) of Pettisville and Roger (Ruthann) of Archbold.
The family requests memorials be given to Fairlawn or Hospice Care.
