He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Donald and Cecil Florence Silcox (Dohrn); his wife Mary Smith; his daughters, Mary Brigle (John) of Edon and Julie Blackwood (Mike) of Sunbury, Ohio; his grandsons, Kenneth and Travis Blackwood; his great grandchild Kendra Blackwood; his grandson Mark Blackwood; and his siblings, Richard Silcox and Mary Wood.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, all services will be private.
The family requests that memorial contributions be given to CHP – Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice or St. John's Christian Church.
