We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2021, at the age of 77, Jack A. McCormick in Archbold, Ohio, born in Wapakoneta, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera McCormick (Gibson) and Bernard McCormick; and his wife Judy Schwarck. He is survived by: his daughter Erin Nicole; his sister Kathie; and his granddaughter Casmira.
