He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Birky and Elizabeth Birky; his sisters, Delilah (Paul Stamm), Margie (Jesse Liechty) and Edith (John King); and his son Scott.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffery, Michael and Carmen Birky (Roberts); his grandchildren, Joel, Zach, Denae and Katelyn Birky; his children, Weston, Amber Birky, Rebekah (Phelps), Joshua, Rachel (Olalla), Rayna and Rylah Roberts; his great grandchildren, Myah, Declan, Maddox, Trentin, Taylah, Turock and Valerie; his spouse Jan; his daughters, Krista (Doug Way) and Stacey (Jason Pelfrey); his grandchildren, Brandon (Victory), Kayla (Mike Adkins), Chelsea and Mason; and his great grandchildren, Audrey, Liam, Owen, Karli and Kenny.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lockport Mennonite Church (9269 Co Rd 21N, Stryker, OH 43557). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
