He is survived by: his siblings, Kay Ivey of Sarasota, FL and Tim Carlin (Susan) of Angola, IN; his sons, Scott Carlin (Sandy) of Bryan, OH and Brian Carlin (Lisa) of Bryan, OH; and his stepchildren, Cheryl Thierry (Keith) of Princeton, IL and Kevin Bell of Wauseon, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, 10 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
