He was predeceased by: his parents, Durwood Galen and Vera Hibbard, Sr. (Hill). He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn "Jane" Hibbard (Cook); his children, Jena McClain (Trent) of Adrian, Durwood and Defiance; his granddaughters, Dawn and Gwendolyn Hibbard; and his brothers, Frank Hibbard (Alice) of Noblesville, IN and Kenny Hibbard (Pam) of Fayette.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grisier Funeral Home - Archbold (303 Stryker St, Archbold, OH 43502). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Fayette American Legion or the CHP Defiance Inpatient Hospice.
