He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Rufenacht and Velma Rufenacht (Nafziger); his wife Carolyn Joan Grieser; his brother Lowell; and his sister-in-law Velda Rufenacht (Richer).
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Blackburn (Clayton), Julia Haase (Doug), Jon Rufenacht (Colleen) and Ricky Rufenacht; and his sister Virginia Aeschliman (Merle). He is also survived by his 4 children; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
