With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald C. LaFountaine of Archbold, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 26, 2024 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donald C. LaFountaine to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his mothers, Katherine LaFountaine (Lambright) and Charlene Buehrer (Graber); his grandchildren, Mackenzie and Kyle; and his daughter-in-law Laura Buehrer.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his children, Julie Duncan of Wauseon, Jeff Buehrer of Temperance, MI, Jill Buehrer of Archbold and Jennifer Grieser (Craig) of Stryker; his grandchildren, Joshua, Amanda, Justin, Jessica, Austin-Michael and Marissa; and his great grandchildren, Hudson, Kyle, Memphis and Hazel.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. John Christian Church (700 S Defiance St, Archbold, OH 43502). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
The family suggests that memorials be given to Dresses for Orphans, St. John's Christian Church or CHP In-Patient Hospice of Defiance, Ohio.
