She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Schroeder and Jeanne Schroeder (Johnson); and her stepmother Janet Schroeder. She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Schroeder of Archbold and Emily Porter (Chad) of Pettisville; her grandchildren, Brooke and Kara; her siblings, Vicky Borton (Randy) of West Unity and Thomas Schroeder (Wendy) of McClure; her stepbrother Timothy Rettig (Esther) of Archbold; and her half-brothers, Peter Schroeder (Caye) and Todd Schroeder (Jennifer) of Napoleon. She is also survived by aunts and uncle; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Ovarian Cancer Connection (5577 Airport Hwy. Suite 206, Toledo, Ohio 43615) or to the Ability Center (5606 Monroe St., Sylvania, Ohio 43560).
