She is survived by: her husband Eldon Schweinhagen; her children, David Schweinhagen (Michelle) of Wauseon, Ala and Rose "Annie" Hastedt (Chris) of Hamler; her grandchildren, Amberly (Robert), Alan, Jr. (Rachel), Ridge, Mickenna, Tony, Austyn, Honour, Aaron, Autumn (Noah) and Zach; her great grandchild Ronin; and her siblings, Orville Roth of Michigan, Rodney Roth (Judy) of Bowling Green, OH and Debbie Goebel (Gary) of Stryker.

The family requests that memorial contributions be given to the Lupus Foundation of American, Fulton Manor of Wauseon, or Ohio Living Hospice Care.
