She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Short and Ruth Short (Grieser); her brothers, Harold Jr. Short and Colenzo Short; her brothers-in-law, Loyal Gerber and Donald Nofziger; her nephews, Terry and Jeff Short; and her nephew-in-law Mark Schumacher.
She is survived by: her sister Shirley Stuckey (Larry) of Archbold; her sister-in-law Joy Short of Fayette; and her nieces and nephews, Linda Gerber, Jerry Short (Linda), Sharon Gerber, Judy Snyder (Garry), Julie Schumacher and Jon Short (Judi). She is also survived by 9 great-nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that memorials be given to Zion Mennonite Church or the donor's favorite charity.
