He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Dominique and Edna M. Dominique (Smart); his sister Mary Timothy; and his nephew Timothy. He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Jane Dominique; his grandchildren, Heather Dominique (Matthew Schirmer), Emily Rodriguez (Sam), Megan Nafziger (Kent), Zachary Dominique (Tracy), Alexander Dominique (Haley) and Morgan Dominique; and his great grandchildren, Sammy Rodriguez, Wil Rodriguez, Zoe Schirmer, Zach Schirmer, Jude Dominique, Charlie Dominique, Bennett Rodriguez and Emme Nafziger.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to St. Peter Catholic Church or CHP - Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice.
