We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2021, at the age of 79, Carol M. Rupp of Archbold, Ohio, born in Sherwood, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Keesbury and Ruby Keesbury (Fansler). She is survived by: her husband David P. Rupp Jr.; her children, Scott Speiser (Kristi) of Chesterland, OH and Stephanie Schnitkey (Mike) of Archbold; and her siblings, George Keesbury (Renee) of Statesville, NC and Phyllis Jean Masser of Defiance. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Endowment Fund of the Archbold United Methodist Church or donor's favorite charity.
