She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry E Gates and Evelyn Gates (Brown); and her sister Vivian Trausch. She is survived by: her husband Richard Jacoby; her sons, Jeffrey (Suzette) of Wapakoneta and Scott (Sheri) of Sylvania; her grandchildren, Brandon (Sarah), Nicholas (Paige), Jason (Lauren), Alexander, Brian and Melissa; her great grandchild Mila Jacoby; her brother Darrell Gates of Akron; and her siblings-in-law, Duane Trausch of West Unity and Jo Ann Weiss of West Unity. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
