She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Bernath and Ruth Bernath (Hahn); her husband Howard Wanemacher; her brother Eugene Bernath; and her daughters-in-law, Beth Wanemacher and Pamela Wanemacher.

She is survived by: her children, Pamela Danklefsen (Thomas) of Grove City, Ohio, Mark Wanemacher (Pam), Gregg Wanemacher (De-Linda), Joel Wanemacher, Lynn Lehman (Wayne) and Wauseon; and her brother Gary Bernath (Carol) of Napoleon, OH.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center or donor's choice.
