It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen I. Carter (Archbold, Ohio), born in Fulton, Ohio, who passed away on March 15, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan H. Carter and Dorothy G. Carter (Burkholder); and his brother Irvin H. Carter. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Donna" Carter of Archbold, Ohio.; and his children, Vickie L. Shirey, Laura Frank (Tom) and Daniel Shirey (Barbara).
