She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesus Gomez and Juanita Gomez Sr. (Aguirre); and her siblings, Jesus Gomez Jr., Yolanda Mendrell-Aguirre and Gloria Rodriguez.

She is survived by: her husband Jesus Gabriel Soto; and her siblings, Arturo Gomez (Anita) of Hastings Mi, Ruben Gomez (Darcy) of Hudson, Mi., Cecilia Maria Gomez, Santiago Gomez, Antonio Gomez (Laura), Rene Gomez and Mario Gomez (Tonya). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
