It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William James Williams of Arcanum, Ohio, born in Rio Grande, Ohio, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David H. Williams and Thelma L. Williams (Lackey). He is survived by: his wife Carol F. Gibson; his daughters, Gwen E Williams and Sarah E Rock (Williams); his sister Cora Margaret (Roger Baker); his great-aunt Margaret Hunter; his grandchildren, Kassandra and Morgan; and his great grandchildren, Keegan and Kiera.
Carol died in May 2020, passing away at home in the midst of this pandemic with Bill, her children, and grandchildren by her side.
