He was predeceased by: his wife Deanne Julien; his parents, Edward Julien and Effie Mae Julien; and his sisters, Twila Wilt and Joyce Julien.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Julien (Michelle) and Leslie Phlipot (Kevin); his grandchildren, Kellen Julien and Josephine Phlipot; his sister Betsy Julien; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Wilt, Sandra Hepner, Timothy Hall (Theresa) and Joan Clark (Gary). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County.
