He was predeceased by: his sister Judith Mahaffy. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Mahaffy; and his siblings, William "Bill" Mahaffy, Sharon Johnson and Effie Meyer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and numerous other relatives and friends.
