He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Flatter and Wava Flatter; and his sister Marjorie Ann. He is survived by: his wife Charlene; and also, Robert Flatter (Deb), Michael Flatter (Brenda), Rebecca Downing (Doug), Carolyn Garno (Dan) and Minda Howard (Joe). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
