She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Webb and Lillian Webb (Smith); her son Rick Sowers; and her brothers, Wendell, Donnie and Kenny Webb.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ti-Anna Lockhart (Jeremy), Danielle, Ricky, Cory, Jeremy, Parker, Christian Sowers and Betty Benton; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Anderson Lockhart, Bentley and Braxton Sowers; and her sisters, Joyce Cornell, Sharon Webb, Nita Courtney and Verna Gabriel.
