She was predeceased by: her parents, Herschel Brehm and Velna Brehm; her husband Ralph Shively; and her sister Maxine Fourman. She is survived by: her children, Alan Shively of Arcanum and Kathy Shively of Arcanum; her brother Byron Brehm; and her siblings-in-law, Lorena Shively and Lloyd Shively (Glenna). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and several other relatives and friends.
