She was predeceased by: her husband Forrest Bingham; her parents, Paul Goodhew and Helen Goodhew; her former husband Jerry Smith; and her sons, Matt and Clay Smith.

She is survived by: her son Chad Smith (Melanie); and her stepdaughters, Teresa Gieseck (Keith) and Jenny Bingham-Smith (John). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
