He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis Hartzell; his daughter Nicole Fisher of Richmond; and his grandsons, Robert Hartzell, Margaret Hartzell of Greenville, John Hartzell and Dianne Hartzell of Ansonia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
