She was predeceased by: her sisters, Janet Adams and Linda Barga; her grandson Jeff Myers; and her great grandchildren, Grayson Johnson and Arianna Myers.
She is survived by: her children, Lorey, Duane Simons, Debora Shuttleworth, Monte Rice, Thomas Scott Moore, Jr. and Karen; her grandchildren, Sarah Murray and Kenny Craiger; her children, Tamara Secrest, Larry Salyer, Michael Myers, Erin Myers, Tyler Moore and Tommie Moore; her great grandchildren, Ashley, Katie, Natalie, Addison, Raegan, Makylah, Colton, Merry-Jane, Alexander, Benjamin Scott and Isayah; and her sister Gloria Jean Farmer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and family members.
