He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Bourne and Charlene Studebaker; his stepparents, Duff Studebaker and Carole Bourne; his brother Chester Bourne; and his son-in-law Bill Baker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angie Baker and Rhonda Surber (Doug); his grandchildren, Carlena Sneed (Rodney), Dustin Surber, Mason Baker and Makayla Surber; his great grandchildren, Chase and Tyson Pool; and his siblings, Terry Bourne (Yvonne), Mark Bourne, Eugene Bourne (Christine), Pam Studebaker (Roger), Carolyn Garner (Boyd) and Bonnie Anderson (Robert). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
