She is survived by: her fiancé Andre Fish; her parents, Scott Borger and Chantel Kendrick; her sons, Bentley and Carter; her stepmother Dona Rice; her siblings, Valan, Seth Houlton of Cincinnati, Vance, Erin Borger of Yellow Springs and Ryan Borger of Lynn, Indiana; her stepsiblings, Macie Gillum of Trotwood, Hannah Gillum of Trotwood and Abbey Youngker of Englewood; her nieces and nephews, Abbie, Grant, Nora, Rachael, Luke, Jacob, Ellie, Hope, Zander, Paxton, Linkin, Elias and Aero; her grandparents, Timothy, Beverly Borger of Greenville and Sherrie Kendrick of College Corner, Ohio; and her uncles, Kym, Roger Cost of Greenville and John Kendrick of Hawaii.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the "Karley J. Memorial Fund" and sent to 1000 N. Broadway St., Greenville, Ohio 45331. All donations will be used to provide for her boys.
