He was predeceased by: his grandfather David R. Kenworthy. He is survived by: his wife Danielle Kenworthy (Sanders) of Kentucky; his daughter Isabella Kenworthy; his grandmothers, Ruth Kenworthy of Arcanum and Carla Simons of Greenville; and also, Zackary and Aiden. He is also survived by several siblings, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
