He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hawk and Anna Hawk (Albaugh); his sons, Thomas Raymond Hawk and John Clifford; and his brother Thomas Hawk.
He is survived by: his wife Helene Kathryn Hawk (Hughes); his daughters, Samantha Cave (Brandon) and Crystal Hawk; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Victoria, Mikeal and Valerie; and his nephews, Randy Hawk (Barb), Jeff Hawk and Gary Hawk. He is also survived by several other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
