We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2020, at the age of 31, Jeremy David Parrish of Arcanum, Ohio, born in Richmond, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David Jeffrey and Sue Ellen Parrish (Davis); his grandparents, Myra (Hartman), David and Rosemary Davis; his parents-in-law, Robert and Roberta House (Denniston); and his aunts, Cynthia Zauner and Tressa Gierhart.

He is survived by: his wife Mandi Parrish (House); his pets, Kasey, Delilah, Coco, Winnie, Finley and Binx; his grandfather Elmer Davis; his brother-in-law Jacob House; his nephews, Colton and Christian; his friend Tonya Revalee; his daughter Angie Melton; and his uncles, Mark Parrish and Scott Davis. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
