He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ann Neitzelt (Kendall) of Arcanum; his granddaughter Kayetlyn Hall Rutherford of West Milton; his sisters, Jean Millet of Bradford and Carol (Don Christian); his grandson-in-law Cody Rutherford of West Milton; his great grandchildren, Ashley and Jordyn Rutherford of West Milton; his stepchildren, Holly Long Cotner of Ft. Loramie, Elizabeth Long Martin of Florida and Michael Long of Troy; and his stepgrandchildren, Max Cotner, Jack Cotner, Lily Cotner, Olivia Martin, Magnolia Long, Cameron Martin and Kendall Long.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church.
