She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Carter and Edna Carter (North); her husband Robert "Bob" DuBois; her son Dennis Dubois; and her siblings, Milford Carter, Melvin Carter, Chester Carter, Gene Carter and Helen Thompson.

She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Ann Ingram of New Albany, Ohio; her granddaughter Angela Wood (Jason); her great grandchildren, Brennan Wood and Lauren Wood; her stepgrandson Rodney Ingram; and her siblings-in-law, Carrol Thompson and Twila Carter. She is also survived by 3 step great grandchildren, 2 step great great grandchildren.
