He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Bolinger. He is survived by: his wife Teri; his father Boyd Bolinger; his daughters, Brianna Bolinger and Britny Bolinger (Tyler Parks); his grandchildren, Payten, Callen and Sawyer; his brother Andy Bolinger (Claudia); and his nieces, Alayna and Alyssa. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
