He was predeceased by: his wife Denice Guinaugh-Penn; and his father Edgar Revell Penn. He is survived by: his son Samuel Guinaugh-Penn; his mother Mary Katherine Davis Penn (Kay); and his siblings, Mary Louise Metzger (Michael) and Michael Revell Penn (Vivian). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, close relatives, and many friends.
