He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clark and Eileen Clark. He is survived by: his wife Dana Clark; his children, Shane Clark (Joana) and Natasha Clark (Sergio Montano); his granddaughters, Sofia and Stella; and his brothers, Todd Clark (Joyce), Dean Clark (Melinda) and Randy Clark. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
