He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Bingham, Sr. and Marie Bingham; his brothers, Boyd Bingham, Jr., Raymond Bingham and Ronnie Bingham; and his stepson Matt Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Monalee Bingham; his daughters, Teresa Gieseck (Keith) and Jenny Bingham-Smith (John); his stepsons, Clay Smith and Chad Smith (Melody); and his brother John Bingham. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
