Evelyn Bowman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Bowman (Arcanum, Ohio), who passed away on December 30, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Ilene Bowman (Cottrell) and Charles Cottrell; her siblings, Lois Schaurer (Ralph), Lin Cottrell (Sink) and Pete Cottrell; and also, Carl, Margaret Bowman (Metzger), Paul (Helen Layman), Bob (Leah Doyle), Dick (Vera Mowery), Raymond Bowman, Ronald (Evelyn Bowman), Harold Bowman, Glen Wolf and Ralph (Dorothy Miller).
She is survived by: her husband Marvin Lee Bowman of Lima; her children, Lonnie (Corinne Haney), Larry (Pam Angle) and Carol (Doug Fisher); her grandchildren, Amy Bowman (Dan Landes), Chip Fisher (Heidi Boone) and Dan Bowman; and also, Shirley Bowman (Hufford), Howard, Joyce Bowman, Mary Wolf (Bowman), Wilber, Janice Bohnstedt (Bowman), Eldon and Susie Bowman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Old German Baptist Brethren Church-New Conference (8340 Delisle Fourman Rd, Arcanum, OH 45304). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
