He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald A. Harbison and Helen A. Harbison (Bailey); and his wife Phyllis J. Harbison (Robison). He is survived by: his sons, Bruce (Cyndi Harbison) and Randy Harbison of Urbana, Ohio; his grandchildren, Andrew Harbison, Tiffany Harbison and Mallory Harbison; his stepgrandsons, Scott Cozy and Tyler Cozy; his brother Wayne; his sister-in-law Susan Harbison of Greenville; and his niece Paula Harbison Scheuermann.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
