It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Arthur Willoughby (Arcanum, Ohio), born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on January 23, 2020, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pat Willoughby and Jan Willoughby (King); his stepmother Irlene Willoughby; and his niece Sara Willoughby. He is survived by: his wife Tina Willoughby (Artz); his son Hunter Willoughby of Arcanum; his brother Pat Willoughby (Becci) of Beavercreek; his niece Rachel; his siblings, Dan Willoughby (Kim) of Canadian Lakes, Michigan and Kathy Willoughby of West Carrollton; his nephew Nelson; his parents-in-law, Dan and Paula Artz of Arcanum; his sister-in-law Pam Whitaker (Jon); his nieces and nephews, Mason, Micah, Faith and Andrea Jenkins (Andy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shane and Ashley; and his stepsiblings, Larry, Greg, Jeff and Diane. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be given to Dave's family to help with his medical expenses and any future needs that Tina or Hunter might have.
