He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Eugene and Oletha Mae Olwine; his wife Vicky Jo Olwine; and his brother Harold Olwine, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Olwine (Mohit Mehta) and Masala (Tikka); his siblings, Jerry Olwine and Beverly Cain; his sisters-in-law, Jackie Olwine and Susie Collins; his brother Kenny; and his sister-in-law Candi Cook. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Arcanum Fire & Rescue or the Arcanum Athletic Boosters with envelopes available at the funeral home.
