He was predeceased by: his father Leo McEldowney; his siblings, Winnie Davidson (Bob), Bert Young (Nolan), Kate McClurg (Dick), Virginia Weyandt (Bob), Thelma Shade (Frances), John McEldowney (Joyce) and Jerry McEldowney (Barbara); and his grandson Trevor Pigg.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia McEldowney (Barga); his children, Sheliah Sutter (Larry), Kevin McEldowney (Mary), Maureen Miller (James), Deron McEldowney and Sean McEldowney (Danita); and his sister Jeanette Monnin. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
