He is survived by: his mother Norma Delk (Rich) of Arcanum; his wife Cynthia Delk of Gilbert, Arizona; his children, Spencer Delk of Blacklick and Micah Delk of Gilbert, Arizona; and his siblings, Becky Boone (Mike) of Arcanum and Bruce Delk (Lori) of Arcanum. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and friends.
