He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Donald Clark and Lawrence "Bud" Knott; and his grandparents-in-law, Donald and Marjorie Leeper. He is survived by: his father Jeff Clark; his daughters, Hayden Marie Clark and Hailey Lillian Clark; his brothers, Brian Vorwerk (Megan) of Fletcher and Reggie Clark (Raegan) of Greenville; his parents-in-law, Jeff and Teri Brookhart of Tipp City; his siblings-in-law, Lindsay McGuire (Niles) of Germantown and Josh Brookhart (Lindsey) of Tipp City; his grandmothers, Pauline Clark Meyer and Sandra Knott; and his grandparents-in-law, Nick and Connie Brookhart. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
